This Privacy Policy describes how Dialed ("Dialed", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS application and related services (the "Service").
1. What we collect
Account info: name, email address, username, and (optionally) bio and profile photo you provide.
Watch data you enter: brand, model, reference, photos, purchase price, value, wear logs, service records, notes — i.e. everything you choose to record in your Watch Passport.
Device & usage data: iOS version, device model, anonymized analytics (which screens are opened, which features are used), and crash reports.
Subscription data: we use Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card or Apple ID.
2. How we use it
To run the Service — store your Watch Passport, sync data across your devices, deliver service reminders and price alerts.
To improve the app — anonymized usage data helps us understand which features matter most.
To communicate — we may send you emails about your account, security, or product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
3. What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We do not share your collection with third parties for marketing.
We do not display ads inside Dialed.
We do not access your Apple ID, payment methods, or device contacts.
4. Third-party services
Dialed uses the following services to run the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:
Supabase — database & authentication
RevenueCat — subscription management
Apple App Store / TestFlight — distribution
eBay Public APIs — fetching market comp data (no user data sent)
5. Your rights
You can:
Export your data at any time (Premium → Data Export)
Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your collection, photos, and personal info within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained longer.
7. Children
Dialed is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email.
